Lizzy Chiappini

The grant that I received in my junior year supported my Book Box project which was made because of an effort to start thinking about prints as sculpture. At the time I was taking a science class and really enjoying it. Looking back on this project it seems that some of those thoughts merged with my photogravure class to create this piece.

Thank you to all who have helped to support FVL. This project marks the beginning of my three-dimensional work.
