Given the wall space available at UBS, senior year was a rare chance to make paintings that could depict a life-size reality of the places they illustrated. Painting on such a large scale could not have been executed without the Fund for Visual Learning.

The paints I acquired through the senior project grant gave me the confidence to paint generously and take chances that would  not have been practical otherwise. I am profoundly grateful that I was able to carry out this project to its fullest possibility with the support of FVL.
